Beware of Invention Advertising on TV and Radio
Some companies, advertise on TV and radio about patent services. They are referred to as “invention promoters” “invention marketers” or “invention developers”. These companies are not lawyers and are not obligated to abide by the code of ethics which attorneys must abide. If you’ve watched or listened to one of these commercials and are tempted to call them, get the facts before you call.
