Ralph D. Chabot
is a registered patent attorney since 1995 and admitted to the
California Bar in 1994. He has obtained patents for clients in
the following technical areas: mechanical, business method, chemical,
chemical process, software and electro-mechanical. Mr. Chabot
also handles patent and trademark litigation as well as matters
before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. Mr. Chabot's experience
also extends to counseling on trade secret, unfair competition,
trademark and licensing matters as well as providing assistance
for legal protection in other countries.
